One early morning around 8 I was up waiting to go to work when the phone rang. It was from a friend who doesn't normally call at that time. Once I heard Dolan ask, If I talked to anyone yet? I knew we lost a friend.
KEEP ON KEEPING ON was playing on the radio.
I painted it with a sense of sarcasm, or a thought of "easier said then done."
It hangs in the kitchen now.
