I rode the NYC CENTURY RIDE its a 100 mile bike ride around the great city and boroughs of NY. It actually was 104 miles, and when i found out about the extra miles we were at 96 miles and thinking 4 more. The last eight was a taint killer. 3 bananas, 2 clif bars, 1 orange, 2 peanut butter & banana sandwiches(Elvis style), 1 big swede, and 1 flat around the 90 mile mark got me thru the day. It was easier then working in a crazy busy restaurant/bar on the boardwalk in the summer, so in a way ive been training for this ride all summer.
